By using this website and placing an order, you accept to the following terms and conditions:

Delivery:
Orders are shipped out once a week, once shipped the delivery should be within 1 or 2 weeks for addresses within Europe. For international orders we aim for a delivery within 30 days, but take note that this also depends on the distance and quickness of the postal services. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the postal or delivery services, for both orders internationally, as within Europe. Should you order not arrive within 30 days, you have the right to cancel your order.
If applicable, any extra import costs (duties or taxes) on international orders, are out of our responsibility. Please inform locally if any extra costs may be applicable.

Prices:
Prices listed for each product do not include shipping costs. For an estimate on shipping costs, read above (Shipping costs) or proceed further to checkout (before finalising payment). Jacques & Lise is an enterprise listed under the number BE0687855308, and as a small enterprise is subject to the tax exemption scheme according to Belgian law. VAT is therefor not applicable.

Payment:
Accepting payments by Paypal, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Terms of guarantee:
All cards are checked upon before they are shipped out. Take note that the foldable cards will always unfold a little by themselves, and that it is the envelop that keeps them together before they are being handed out to a receiver. Should the product not work as described, or was damaged before shipment , you have the right to ask for a return. Contact us by e-mail at [email protected] with a detailed description and we will look into the abnormality, and whether it is falling under the right of return and replacement, or not.
We do not take responsibility for damages caused by transport or the postal services, but feel free to let us know any problems of these kinds, and we will look into them to see if we can provide a solution.

Returns:
You have the right to return the product within 14 days after delivery, without reason. We only accept returns if the product is unused and in its original and complete state, still in packaging. If these conditions are met, we will repay the order once received back, shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the initial buyer. Returns can be sent to ‘Jacques & Lise, Zelemseweg 73, 3290 Schaffen, Belgium’ together with a note depicting our company name and address, your name and address and wish to return the goods, the original date of order and original date of product delivery, the date of the note and your autograph.
